Rising Toronto bred artist JAHKOY,  has released his debut single “California Heaven” featuring Cali’s finest, ScHoolboy Q. The track also features production by Rico Love, who has produced songs for Usher, Beyonce, and Lil Wayne, further capturing the essence and vibe of the Golden State perfectly with JAHKOY’s smooth vocals and Schoolboy Q’s racy verse.

“California Heaven” is the lead track off JAHKOY’s forthcoming debut EP Foreign Water.

His most recent single, "Odd Future," premiered on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show in January 2016 and was featured on Drake's  OVO Sound Radio.

It was during those early sessions that he created "Still In Love," a song that re-shaped his journey. Steadily his name started to reach other producers, most notably the likes of No ID, Pop & Oak, James Fauntleroy and DJ Dahi, which ultimately landed him a deal with Def Jam.

This past summer, JAHKOY dominated the festival circuit with rousing performances at Lollapalooza, Wireless Festival UK, Billboard Hot 100 Fest, Firefly Festival and more, plus a tour with The Neighbourhood. For the past year, JAHKOY has been buzzing underground as the next big artist out of Toronto, Canada. With tracks such as “Still In Love,” “Hold Your Hand,” and “Odd Future,” JAHKOY garnered coverage from a plethora of media outlets such as Pitchfork, Complex, Billboard and spins from Drake, Pharrell and Zane Lowe on their radio shows. We are excited for what else JAHKOY has in store for us in 2016. Until then, steam California Heaven here
